Hi i jus am confused about if u have a scottish passport are you allowed to live in England without any kind of restrictions ? thanks for help

there has never been a scottish passport. it does not exist,
same way there has never been a welsh passport or northern ireland passport, they do not exist
all scotts have british passport
scotland is not a independent country itself,

Doubt it, as I don't believe you can become Scottish by naturalisation (only British). And if he was born in Scotland and truely Scottish he would know he could live in England.

If the OP has a Scottish passport then i don't think he's here legally and is a bit of a donkey for paying for one

My welsh passport expired and I had to apply for a English passport to live in England.
You will need a visa to cross the border from Scotland to England.
You can apply for a border-transit visa by contacting the english consulate in Scotland.
