Overview:
I came to UK thru an Indian outsourcing company (Company -A) and transferred my WP to an consultancy company (Company-B) and further transferred the WP to the current employer (Company-C). I am eligible to apply for the ILR by July/August.
Company –A:
I came to UK on the 1st August 2005 thru an Indian outsourcing company (Company -A) and worked for it until 1st Dec 2007. I was receiving the salary in India and an allowance in the UK (with a computer based pay slip) with no P60 or any tax proof.
Company –B:
As I had some problems with the company -A , I applied for a transfer of work permit thru an consultancy company (Company-B) and it was successful(got my Visa stamped with the transferred WP). I got a proper offer letter from the consultancy company –B.
As my Indian company (Company-A) was not interested in relieving me immediately, I had to walk out (Not a proper resignation) and join the company-B. After I joined the company-B, I took 2 months holiday and came back to UK during the first week of Feb 2008.
As I have not resigned properly, I have not got any P45/P60 from the Indian company (Company-A).
Unfortunately my bad luck struck again. As per the consultancy company (company-B) rule, they will pay me only if they assign me to a project and was left in the bench for 5 months (Was in the UK but not paid ).
I have not got any pay slips , P60 or P45 from the company-B as well.
Company –C:
I have applied for a position in which the current employer (Company -C) was happy to transfer my WP. I have got my WP and visa stamped and till date I am working for that company. I have got the P60 for the year 2009 and I will be getting one in the April as well. Also I am getting proper payslip (with the Tax information).
Now I will be able produce only these documents for my ILR
1) P60 for 2009 and 2010 (With the current employer)
2) All Work permit documents (Company-A, Company-B & the Current Company-C)
3) Offer Letter from the Consultancy Company (Company -B )
4) Offer Letter from the Current Company (Company -C )
5) Pay slips for the current company (can keep up to 2 years till Aug 2010)
6) Bank statements for the max 2 years (Can keep up to 2 years till Aug 2010)
7) Letter from the current employer stating that I will continue to work with them.
What would be the success rate of my ILR ?
What other documents I may need to produce to support any point ?
What kind of queries I may get during the ILR processing ?
It would be of a great help if you could assist me in this issue.
Many Thanks in Advance
