Is my UK Masters degree recognised?

I have passed 2 years MBA during 2004-2006 from Birmingham College (www.bcol.co.uk, The Sponsor Licence Number is R7JV6CH27. It is a private college recently been removed from licenced sponsored list).

I have enrolment letter for the uni above

This college is not on the PBS Tier1 list, but I have been issued further visas on the basis of this degree at PEOs.
Do you think this is equivalent to UK Masters degree? so that i can claim 35 points?
if Uk-NARIC approved it. will this apporval be accepted by UKBA ?Thanks

No I do not think NARIC will say it is equivalent to an MBA.

It is not on the CHEA database.

I doubt it is recognised anywhere in the world.

Call NARIC and see what they say.

If it is worthless you may want to contact Trading Standards.
