need help for Self-Employed earning

Hi,

Could you plz tell me,is the following format is enough to prove sel-employed earning.

I have sel-employed earning of 18K and my accountant gave 2piece of letters,are these enough

First one is on letter head(But not saying that Acc is registered or regist no)paper saying my net-profit 18k

Second paper is not letter head but it is stamped by accountant,this show,in simple way my name ,period of earning,Gross-exp than amount =net profit.

so are these simple accounts letter ok?

I have origional Business Bank St and Ni paid to HM revenue but these both are not mentioned in Guidence note to prove earning

Plz help me,i will be thankfull

Thanks for reply,but this link is useful for Salaried person,or Limited Company but i need your help for small self employed one,

at least,do you konw,if accountant him self not registered or his letter has no such number is it again ok?

and
