bring my fiance from the philippines to the u.s. K1 Visa

Post by tpd310228 » Sun Jan 10, 2010 2:46 am

i need help with my fiance visa. my fiance is here in korea, but she is from the philippines, i will be in the states in april, and she goes back to the philippines in april, because of her current job here, she has none of her paperwork, such as birth certificate, passport, anything like that, i plan on bringing her to the states with me so we can get married there, what are my options? will i still be able to get some paper work done without much of her information?

I think she really needs either her birth certificate or her passport to do the paperwork. She needs to obtain those. Then after that yes you can get all of the paperwork done yourself pretty much except for the signatures. She needs to sign herself. But she needs to read through it and make sure it's absolutely correct or she could be banned for lying.
I tell it like it is.
