18 and overstayed

Post by queenvictorious » Tue Jan 12, 2010 3:35 pm

hi, i urgently need help with deciding what to do concerning my status in the country.
i moved here when i was 11, partly because my mum was trying to protect me from my step brother who i had just admitted had abused me at age 5. being from a polygamous home, she knew how diificult it would be proving that i wasn't lying.

i came here on a visiting visa and i have ben living with my sister ever since. she's a qualified nurse, a british citizen and has always sort of being my other mum.
im now 18 and want to sort out my papers as i have overstayd for about 6 yrs. i have a clean record; no criminal record. i have settled in here, my life is here now n i still cnt face family memebers back home.
what are my options?
