Tier 4 visa processing time, need inputs and sucess stories

Hi all,

How much time does it take to process visa for tier 4 in india, any new update please share it. people who got visa in recent time please share when your filed your application and when you got the visa in hand.

Please share inputs as it helps most people to have patients.
