Help Pls:How to convert Tier 1 dependent to Tier 1 general.

Hi All,

I got a TIER 1 dependent Visa which is going to expire in sep 2011. but now I want to switch over to Tier 1 general in May 2010 is it possible to do so as i fulfill all the requirements of Tier 1 Visa.

Is it possible to apply it from UK or do I need to go back India?

you need to apply from india.

Rules apply as if it was fresh application.
