HI Guys and Ramesh
Pls i got my tier 1 visa stamp 5 jan 2010. How much time do i have (maximum day) before i enter the uk,which will not affect my extention in in 3 yrs time.
what do i need to go with when entering uk?
what other vital information do i need when entering uk?

pls i need clearification.

Ramesh ,thanks for your input during the time i applied. It helped greatly.

pls have
1/ TB Test report handy for you done so that you can save 2-3hours waiting time at airport/immigration..

2/ Have the address where you are planning to stay when u enter the country..

Get a Chest X-ray done in your country* (skiagram) and carry the report in your hand baggage so that u can save time at the immigration desk when entering UK for the first time

* Assuming u come from a country for which UKBA requires TB screening

CAN I RE-APPLY FOR MY DAUGHTER IMMEDIATELY?
APART FROM VAF 10

Why do u need to re-apply for your kid? did u already send in your application for your kid?? please give some background for Seniors to guide you...

i applied for myself,wife and daughter(8 months).
my wife and I was given.
My daughter was refused,
REASON for refusal
No Birth certificate,maternity record and baby,child,and family pictures.

NB
i attarch birth certificate when applying,but they claim they didnt see it.
i want to re-apply now(before my 28 days to enter uk expires). so what document do i need

i need to apply by Monday 18 jan FOR MY DAUGHTER.
DO i need payslip and bankstatement for earning?
do i need letter from Bank for the maintenance fund?

when sending a sponsor letter,pls also send any other useful information that u think can be of help.

Check you PM, I sent it there.. remember it is a sample template, pls make required changes

yes send latest 6 months payslips..

Kunze.. its even ok if you enter UK 1day before your visa gets expired.. but it is the side effects of this we are talking like:

1. If you enter 28days after visa issued.. you need to go for 1more extension to qualify for ILR (if the rules stay same at that time);

2. If you enter too late like 9-12months or more after visa issued you need to be ready to answer the questions put by the immigration officer..
