Sujjestions as its a refusal

Hi Mates,
I received my file today and it has been refused as I was given 0 points in workexperience section because I had sent an company website printout for job description part although my experience letter was on company letter head. Home office guys mentioned that they require my job description on companys letterhead. I have asked my company guys to provide me the same, ones I get it my score again comes to 65 points , can any body sujjest how bright are the chances for the getting HSMP visa approval as the hinderence is nothing else.

Education :15 points
Age : 5 points
Skilled partner : 10 points
work experience : 0 points
Please all mates yet to file , JOB DESCRIPTION HAS TO BE ON COMPANY LETTER HAED, PLEASE TAKE CARE.

Hi,

I got a refusal on my appeal (first application) because one of the reference letters I have provided was not in proper company letter head paper (it had the logo and was signed by my manager with her contact details, but it lacked the company's adress...) So I got a new reference letter, in proper letter head paper and filed a second app, which got approved in less than 3 weeks.

So if it was the only reason for your refusal, you should file a second app and provide this document in company letter head paper, then I think you should be fine.

I am surprised that you didn't knew this and filed your application in a hurry, as your earlier posts gave me an impression that you have a detailed research of this.

If you would browsed this forum, you would have come to know the sort of reference letter required and that also on Company Letter Head.

Well, now the solution for you is review as recommended.

As its known from posts so far.., review takes too much of a time., my suGGestion would be to go in for a fresh application with new proofs and do mention in your cover letter that it was refused before because of the reason., it will take the heat off the other proofs and the new proofs will nail your application.
