Residential Qualifying Period for Neutralisation?

HI Pplz, it would be great if you could help...

I would like to know if all VISA categories (eg, students, graduate, etc..) counts toward the 3 years residential qualifying period for neutralisation (if u r spouse of british citizen).....

oh...........and the referees needed for neutralisation..... who are considered 'professionals?'

The years you're in the UK on a long time basis count as qualifying peperiod.

Professionals in this context are GPs, solicitors (not the one representing you with your application, if you're recruiting one), lawyers, teachers, Vicar, etc
