would WP gets expired after getting HSMP (tier1)

Hi Friends,

I got my work permit 2008, valid till aug 2010, sponsored by my company and using this WP i was in UK for 3 months. And now i have recently got my HSMP(tier 1), May 2009. Now my company again sending me to UK.

my question is that after receiving HSMP visa, will WP gets invalid automatically? can i use my HSMP to go to UK?

Yes current Tier1(G) visa overrides your previous WP Visa..

You can travel adn work in UK with Tier1(G) visa without any problems..

Yes current Tier1(G) visa overrides your previous WP Visa..

You can travel adn work in UK with Tier1(G) visa without any problems..
