The Tier 1 (G) main applicant cannot make an application for Tier 1 (G) dependent from within the UK. He / he will have to return to his home country and apply for EC as Tier 1 (G) dependent form there.dima wrote: the present t1g main applicant can aply as fresh tier1g holders' dependent in the UK?
