Parents of the Irish-born child (2003)

Post by Pearlik » Wed Jan 20, 2010 6:03 pm

Hello!

We are parents of Irish-Born Child (2003). She is already Irish. We are Ukrainian. Now our family lives in the Ukraine. But we woud like to live, study and work (as possible) in Ireland.
May be someone have got the same situation.

Do we have any chance to come and stay in Ireland legally?

Thanks.

if you haven't availed of the IBC05 scheme previously, now having an irish child does not have any benefit to your application or any chances of residency just because of the child.

Pearlik, you can move (together) to any other EU Member State though.. but you're not allowed to work. See Case C-200/02 (Chen).
