hi i have my child (son) with my seperated wife and i come here on spouce visa my visa is nearly finishing i cant apply for furthur spouce visa but i can apply on the basis of my child but that need a contact papers my answer is if i go to court for my child contact papers and my wife dont want to give me contact papers can court give me that on force without the wish of my wife thanks

yes the courts can n will give u the contact order even if the mother is against the contact ur the winning party here my friend

it can take up to 3 months but take my advice dont leave uk get the court order than apply to the home offcie for a visa n they wil grant u a visa trust me even if u have to overstay that does not count in these cases

just remm they will ask u to go to caff cass office make sure u tell them everything how u feel abt ur kid and everything but u will get the contact inshall u tc and wish u all the best
