Applying from India for approval - clueless on process

Hi ,
I was earlier in UK on WHM . Applied for HSMP approval there myself as all information readily av. on workinginuk website. Now it was refused as they deemed some documents insufficient. Now i am in india to get these documents and reappluy but am facing folllowing issues.


A ) Totally clueless as to how to apply for approval ( not EC )from here in India . VFS Delhi office also seems to be clueless. My guess is that application directly goes to UK... but what is the address for sending application , what is the fee ( is it 315 GBP for out of UK applicants or less ..( i hope less ) , what agency i.e postal service to use to send the documents and so on an so forth.

Please pardon if this has been addresssed earlier.. If possible pls lead me to that posting or pls address this. here


B) What is the form to be used by someone applying for this approval ?... is it the same form as downloadable from workingintheuk website...but that mentions 315 GBP as approval fee ... so is this the case...

C) any website clearly dealing with applying from india for HSMP for approval ? - as neither working in uk website nor www.ukinindia.com seem to tackle it and VFS (VIsa facilitation Service is clueless).

Finally and something specific related to applications.

One of the reasons why the applic was rejected was that they disputed

i) my experience was graduate levele in a co. .. although i was picked up as an MBA for Management Trainee position. I have since then left that company and dont have a letter showing the kind of duties and have not very good relations with company now .. and in any case i doubt they will entertain a request like this .

So any thoughts on what to do in this case ?

ii) I also ran a small software firm as a proipreitor... and subsequently that to was stopped .... and they are disputing that i was proprietor... whereas i provided them proof that i was propreitor through IT returns of business income and contracts ...having me as Proprietor in signing area , they say there is no proof of registration.... BUT A propreitorship need not be registered ...same way like sole trader in UK.
Any thoughts on what to do here ?

Any guidance if not on this but the application process atleast will be highly appreciated.
