my freind applied for an extention of spouce visa on some prsonel matters with his wife last year through solicitor and now his new visa is finishing on 29 oct 2011 now he wants to apply for indefinete visa can he apply for that thanks
plz let me know if im saying anything incorrect

If he has satisfied the KOL requirements and has completed (or will complete within 28 days) his two years, then yes.

but he passed 2 years already and got another extension for two years but now his wife agree to apply for irl he passed life in the uk test in oct 2008
and he is here since july 2007
