hi everyone

My fiance had an application with the HO on discretionary leave to remain.
The application has been submited 18 months ago, recently they contacted her to request few document which she sent.
in the application she explain that she had a child.
On friday her sollicitor called and told her that the caseworker has been in touch and would like to know if she wanted the child to be included on the application.

what do you think about this phone call in term of decision likelyness from the HO?

The phone call is probably to basically ensure that they have ALL the facts, in order for them to make an informed decision.
As to whether it will be a positive or negative result is anyone's guess!
