SUBJECT: Family Visitor Visa
Respected Sir,
I, __________________, daughter of ________________
Sincerely declare that I am a British citizen in the UK with my children, since ______________.
I would like to invite my father, _____________for a period of six months from __________to ______.
I hereby undertake that, I shall be responsible for the cost of his airport transfer, flight, accommodation, maintenance, and shopping during his visit to the UK.
In the bundle of evidence, I have provided monthly expenditure statements which clearly show:
Tax Credits = £_________, Child Benefit =£_________
Child Maintenance =______ Earned income (cash in hand) = _________
Total £ (Net Monthly income) = £__________
I believe that a British sponsor can claim Tax credit she is entitled in her own right. With a net monthly income of________________, I assure that I will not need to claim any additional benefits to support the applicant if leave to enter is granted for six months. Please refer to the monthly expenditure statement.
If the ECO is unsure of the adequacy of accommodation for my visitor, I can forward a letter (which is
available to me on paying a fee of £70-£100.00) from _____City Council (local authority). The last time I met my maternal family was in India during January-July 200_. Thus his visit is a family time together after five years. He does not possess substantial amount of cash in his bank account, yet his family enjoys a self-sufficient and comfortable life-style compared to Indian Standard of middle-class society.
Had it not been on my part, to fund the complete trip, he would not dream visiting the UK. He shall leave the UK before the visa expires as he has strong financial, social and family ties in India. I have laid my credentials above to the best of my knowledge. Should you need any further clarifications in this regard, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Full name and sign of sponsor
Many thanks for all the right guidance posted here.
It saved me paying the solicitors and now trying for an economic return fare from Mumbai - London
Any advice would be appreciated
