HSMP to T1 misplaced p45

I am planning to go for HSMP to tier1 extension next month. Recently I have moved to a new company. I have got P45 from old company and submitted a copy to the new company and misplaced the original. Is it mandatory to submit P45 along with Payslips? I do have proper payslips for last 12 months with last year p60.

you need two documents (from different sources) as proof of earnings.
payslip and bank statements would do

You need to send them your 12months payslips and 12months bank statements.
No need of p45.
