ILR under HSMP JR

Hi,

I had a successful ILR application at Croydon PEO on Friday( 29th Jan 10).

I am covered under HSMP JR.

Also, I have a dependant who is in the country for only 5 months. Under HSMP-JR, the dependant would also get ILR, and she/he doesn't have to spend two years in the country.

Although I had some concerns initially, it all went well. These forums have been helpful at times, and I have also made use of Immigration Enquiry Bureau to seek clarifications for my specific case.
