extension for visa for tier4

hi to all
i just wanted to know few things regarding my extention

i am already in uk last year got the visa through a tier 4 college till march of this year
my problem is that the college was not in tier 4 anymore new management took over n they assure us they are going to renew it but after a long time the college was back on the tier 4 list this january but stay online for a week . now they are no more
my worries is that what should i go to extent my college
do i need to enroll into another college while applying for the extention
will the homeoffice accept my progress n my attendance from the actual college am totally confused if someone has some idea it would be great help

there is very clear guidance by HO regarding your point. If college is suspended then no effect on student, untill u want to extend ur visa, but if college liscense is withdrawn, then u must get admission in other college within 60 days and HO will send u a letter if ur college liscence is withdrawn. All u need to get ur progress report from ur college and get admission in other college when u r going to extend ur visa. but if the liscence was withdrawn and there is a gap more than 60 days then u need to seek some professional advice. best of luck.
