maintenance requirements

Hi there,
Can anyone please advise me about the maintenance requiremts for dependants.

I am in UK under old rules HSMP and got my visa for me and dependants (wife and daughter) stamped in july 2008 after appeal decision.
My son was born here in UK.
My wife and 2 kids went back to Pakistan due to some reasons and we didnot get visa for our son. Now they are planning to come back and we need visa for our son.
So please advise me that statement for maintenence funds should cover last 3 months? or should it be for last one month showing the required balance? keeping in view that I have hsmp under old rules but visa was stamped in July 2008

Maintenance and accommodation requirements do not apply to a person who qualifies under these provisions.

As for which form to use for dependents of HSMP migrants covered By JR (HSMP approved as per rules in place until 07-Nov-06), I have received two different versions from VFS India:
1. North Helpdesk - VAF10 and Tier 1 fee
2. South Helpdesk - VAF2 and HSMP dependent fee


Emailed BHC Delhi and BHC Chennai a week ago but haven't received a response. Don't think they will respond anyway!
