Query relating to age

Hi friends,

I know this question might be a little stupid, but just wanted to be sure.

My age as of today is 31 years and 2 months. The guidelines award 5 points for 30 and 31 years. Now my doubt is whether i am eligible to claim the 5 points as I have crossed 31. I feel that I should be able to claim as the guideline awards 0 points to 32 and above.

Your completed birthday is regarded as your age. You are 31 years old.

Below is an excerpt from casework instructions.

For example, if the applicant is about to reach their 28th birthday, and they wish to claim 20 points for being in the 27 or under age category, the application must reach the Payment Processing Centre by the last working day before their 28th Birthday.
