pls helpppp, college not being bona fide

applied for extension of my Uk student visa in march 2009, but was refused in november 2009 due to cllege not bing bona fide, even though collage was in the old register . I was given the opportunity to appeal, which will be heared on the 11th of febuary 2010. Has anyone ever apealed due to collage not being bona fide?

I know it had happened to someone. He had appealed and got rejection than later deported by HO.
