Doubts regarding Bank statements...

This is Mesthri.
I have the following documents
Salary proof:
Salary Slips: last Jan 2009 to Last december 2009.
Bank statements also for the same period.

for funds proof:
I have bank statements(savings account) july 2009 to december 2009. but I dont have the statement for January.
Do they agree if I send these documents for Tier 1 general visa?I have doubt in funds proof section.

I am going to apply this february. do they agree if I dont submit January 2010's bank statements?
please reply me. I am having these doubts.

For maintenance funds you need to send last 3months bank statements and latest statement faling within 1month time onthe date you apply..

if you are applying on 20Feb your latest statement shd be dated not less than 21st Jan..

you seem to be in UK.. pls order your bank to send latest bankstatement.. if not you are taking risk of getting ur case rejected..

i also advice u to read the HO GUIDANCE 2-3times..
