posting my Work experience letter contents, require feedback

This is what my HR Manager has given me, please kindly give me ur feedback if it is good enough or not for a caseworker. I will mention here that this is my second attempt, the previuos one got rejected coz i wasn't able to prove that i have been working on a senior position but they accepted all my previous work experiences. This one is new experience since i applied last. But i am seeing on this board that now they are strictly evaluating the work expereince lettes and getting ppl refused baselessly even. So before i apply, i wanna share my experience letters with u guys and please comment if they are good enough or not. I cant afford to get rejected again.

Below is the contents of the letter

This is to certify that Mr. Naveed Ahmed Khan S/O Mr. Sher Bahadur Khan has graduate level work experience with Arwen Tech (Private) Limited as Manager Consulting wide Employee No 171 from 16th February, 2005 till date at a salary of PKR xxxxxxx per month.

His job responsibilities include:

• Provided functional and technical consultancy to clients for solutions such as Document and Image Management System, CRM, Human Resources Management System and Call Recording solutions.
• Main responsibility is to perform product management, pre-sales and post-sales activities of Laserfiche Document Management Product.
• Key duties include understanding customer requirements, designing solutions as per customer needs, preparing presales project plans, business case, implementation plans, gap analysis, performing presentation and demonstrations and making specific proposals against tenders and RFPs.
• Supervised and coordinated teams of multiple technical and functional human resources in the consulting related service lines of the organization for providing consultancy and implementation services to clients.
• Performed market segmentation for different products, business plan development, competitor analysis, sales pitch and user acceptance sign-off for solutions such as document management system, workflow applications and MRP based manufacturing products.
• Responsible for making of proposals, pre-sales activity, project costing and project planning for solutions.
• Lead the think-tank team for suggesting/recommending new products, solutions and service lines strategies to the senior management.

Dear moderators and senior members,

i badly seek your attention to my post. I had even previously sent a post and even there no one had 1 minute to post a reply to my post even though 100 people had viewed it. If i dont get any reply from the moderator and senior members, i think the purpose of making this board is not fullfiled then. it would be a time killing board just like others.

Kindly share your experiences and useful thoughts for juniors like us, it will help us to a great extent.
