Tier 1 (G) Dependant - Qualification Query

Hello Everyone,

My question is:

I’m in UK on student Visa – now applying for Tier 1 general dependant as my wife have got the Tier 1(G) from India.

Is it mandatory to submit my both UK & Indian qualification certificates (transcript) with my other documents?

Any advice will be appreciated.

If you are applying for Tier 1 dependant, then there is no need to submit your degree or transcripts!

1. Yes thats correct there is no need for degree certificate only maintenance requirements need to be met for the visa.
