student dependant please help

i got my student visa before the new rule of tier4.. i like to get my wife here in uk as a dependant.. what requirements should i and my wife need to provide.. and how long it takes the process.. my wife is in the philippines.. Speacially how much do i need to provide in my bank statement and my wife also.. please help me.. thank you very much..
