Dependant Visa for Tier-1 (General)

Hi,

I need your assistance in helping in this query.

I am working in India and applying for Tier-1 (General) visa next week. I intend to travel to UK in April under Tier-1 visa by going on planned leave from my current org in India. I intend to search for Job for 1-1.5 months in UK. Incase, I am successful in finding job, I will come back and resign from current org (serve the notice period and go back to UK).

My query is - I would like to take my spouse and Kid on Tier-1 dependant visa once i have confirmed job offer in hand from UK. However, I intend to take them along with me on General Visitor visa for now. If i am successful in getting Job, My spouse and Kid would come back and apply for Tier-1 dependant visa. Incase, i dont find a job, we all would return back.

Please advise if the UKBA would grant General Visitor visa to my spouse and Kid with above situtaion. Also, what do you specify in Personal details form for my spouse and kid accompanying me (as they wont be going as dependant now).
