Dear friends,

I am in the UK on HSMP visa(stamped as HSMP)for last 14 months and I am applying for hsmp dependent visa in few months from india.

For Main Applicant’s Documents (Payslips & Bank Statements) do i have to send originals or photocopies for my wife's dependant's visa??

because i'be extending our stay as Tier1 soon after my marriage (after six months)

Yes you need to send Originals..

If you are planning to apply for extension very soon, why dont you wait till ur extension is done and then apply for your spouse, it will save u tons of Depedent visa fee..

You can apply atleast 3-4months before ur current visa expiry.. think over it..
