Urgent Query about Ques J4 of Dependents form

Hi.... In Tier 1 extension dependents app form, what should be entered for ques J4:

J4. Has the main applicant applied to have his/her application assessed in accordance with paragraphs 39-42 of the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review Policy Document?

Mine is HSMP (Got on Apr 2008).
