souse visa withdraw

Post by rub » Mon Feb 15, 2010 10:28 pm

hi,

i came in uk 2005, got hsmp, my husband came here as my dependent, left me and kids 2007, but now i found he committed bigamy in native country. i wrote home uk border agency to withdraw my support of his visa. in last 6 weeks i have not heard anything, i am planning for divorce, which is more easier back home.

do uk BA, only act when there is official divorce or separation or just writing about withdraw of visa support is enough?

what action normally UK BA take?

please reply me.

I think it's an annullment u need, not a divorce.
