Calling all experts for Advise for citizenship and ILR

My application for British citizenship is successful under BNA 1981( as i was BN(O) passport holder without any citizenship)
I am living in U.K from 7 years as a student with my spouse. My immigration status was student and my spouse was dependent of a student.
I need advise what is he process for my spouse to get ILR and citizenship?
