Help - Spouse/wife visa to remain in UK

Resident/national of UK and get married in Pakistan. Now want to sponsor my wife so, would you please help me in following issues:

- Appropriate application form for applicant/wife applying from Pakistan?
- From name and download link?
- Exact visa fee and Gerry’s /Fedex Charges?
- Authorized hospital/institute for medical test in Lahore and Islamabad
- Any other useful information

The form you need to fill in is Application form VAF4A - Settlement and the fee is £585. You can find other useful information here and on UK Visas.

The ST(M) form is for people applying for settlement as spouse of settled person/Brirish citizen from within UK. For applications from outside UK, the forms (and guidance) to be used are available on the UKVisas website http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/vafs/

And not a good idea to advertise your personal email ID in a public forum. Members can write to you using PM.

Yes it is valid if you use now as it is the latest available on the UK Visa website.
