applying to ILR - P60 missing

Post by ramesheuk » Mon Feb 22, 2010 3:48 pm

Hi All,

I need some help from all of you experts!

I initially entered on WP in July 05 and converted to HSMP in Nov 06.

I need to apply ILR in July 10. But when I check my documents, I found I lost one P60 (3rd year's). Please could any one advice if this affect in my application?

Thanks in advance.

you could use the payslips covering that time. Also if you can get employer to confirm your earnings for the period.

Thanks for your quick reply. I missed P60 from my previous company and that company went to administration last year :-(

I am with current employer from last two years. Will these two P60 sufficient?

Thanks

Yes, your P60s for the last two years would suffice. Mostly, it has been seen UKBA asking for the last 3 months payslips in the postal applications. However, if applying at PEO, you should cover all corners and get a letter from previous employer if possible. But as you said the previous company had gone in administration, then as f2k wrote, payslips for the period under consideration, bank statements, previous job contract, p45 should do the needful.

Regards,

I successfully got ILR without P60 for last 5 years.

For WP period, no need to show it.

For HSMP/Tier1 period you either have to show P60 or some other proof of earning eg. pay slips, bank statement, employer's letter etc.
