need advice please

Im a new user, appologies if my post is not understandable enough

I am a non EU male living in london for around 3 years. I first cam here on a studen visa to do my postgraduate studies. after living here for 1 year i met my partner(british male partner), and we have been dating since then. I then renewed my visa and did some business studies. after being with my boyfriend for around 1 and half years the relationship started getting serious, i decided to tell my parents who didnt know about my sexual preference(originally from arab country). 7 months ago i travelled back and told them everything. I was faced with very big problems and by parents took my passport, and i had problems with some group(radicals) who knew about my situation. so the first thing i did, found my passport and applied for a visit visa and came back to my boyfriend. now my visa expired 3 weeks ago, and my boyfriend doesnt want me to go back to my country to apply for fiancee visa, and i dont want to go, as im sure ill have troubles doing it. no where to stay, abandoned by family and friends.

anyway whats the best solution for my problem, we now decided that we cant split, and that we want to be together indefinetly.

ive been told about discretionary leave to remain after coa. or shall i apply for coa, and then flr(m). is my case compasionate for the home office to grant me remain here.

thanks for your assistance

If you can prove that a relationship akin to marriage has existed for atleast 2 years, then returning to home country to apply for EC as same-gender unmarried partner seems the best solution for you.

You are now an overstayer, and IMHO, your circumstances aren't exceptional or compassionate enough to apply for leave to remain (my personal opinion).

regards
