Post by driyiola » Fri Feb 26, 2010 10:22 am

Hi! I am presently working as a foundation year1 dr and i will be moving to my foundation year 2 this august. Does the medical staffing need a new resident labour market test for me? I am still staying with the same employer. All that will change is my salary buti am still under the foundation program which is 2 yrs. Thank you in advance.

Please check your current visa if it states;
Work(and any changes) must be authorized
if yes.. do the needful

If you're issued a new CoS then it is my understanding that you will need to submit an application and your passport for new stamping also as each entry clearence is related to a specific CoS code.

calling the home office is a bigger problem thani thot. i just dont have thatmuch time to wait till they answer,and by the time i'm finished from work, they nolonger take calls. I dounderstand i need a new COS and a new application to getthe tier 2 extended. The question is wheter or not i will need a new resident labour market test, since i am still staying with the same employer. thanks.
