hello,,i applied student visa. i lodge feb 10, 2010 and until now its under process at the BHC.. and still hoping and waiting the final results. i wanna know if am i affected in new rule tier 4....thanks!!!

you're not affected by the new rulesas you applied well before the 3rd March 2010 cut off date.
