VAF 10 Form

Hi
In VAF 10 Form Part 7 says Main Applicant
My question is who is the main applicant

I am tier4 student here in UK and about to apply dependent visa for my wife.So am I the MAIN APPLICANT for my WIFE.as she will fill the form

just confusing !!!

You are MAIN APPLICANT and your wife is DEPENDENT..

You are DEPENDENT and your wife is MAIN APPLICANT..

1. R u trying to say that he is the main applicant and the wife will be the dependent?
