Thanks for the reply. Thats the big problem we have cause her employeer dont want to give them any renewal on her visa or any extension because they said they can apply for ILR already. They will continue employing her as long she got that ILR visa approved. I have read in this forum regarding the 90 days allowable absense in uk. What is this 90 days allowable absense in uk? hope you can further enlighten us regarding this gap, and whats the best thing to do? thanks again
