self employed while on tier2 general

hi ppl,

my query is

1) can i work as self employed while I am on tier2 general. (currenty I am on psw and working with a company as full time employee also started to work as self employed recently )

2) my employer will be doing tier 2 general for me .. so can i work after I get tier 2 as self employed? (HO rule says one can not start own business but in my case I have already started before getting tier2 ???)

3) also HO rules says that I can work in the same profession for 20 hours other than my regular employment .. so can this be my self employed companay i can work for ????

You can not be self employed you can arrange with your sponser that you will work on there behalf they invoice the clients and then pay you with Tax Ni deductions
