Refused under article 8, Any help or advice?

You'll find there are two camps here on this board, the one which pushes HRA Art 8 as panacea for all illegals, and one based on reality.

By all means go for it, but it's long, hard, tortuous with little chance of success.

If you are genuinely in fear of your lives back home why have you not claimed asylum?

But reality is different.I know lot of cases granted on article 8 of human life.

Do you have not notice on this forum people with DL granted on human right.

Reality is based on facts not imagination and as one can see from the UK border Agency the success rate is only 13% which to my way of thinking is not a lot
