Hi All,

I need a advice on ILR, I come under ILR Judicail review and my hsmp got on 29th March 2006 and now i got valid visa until march 2011.

As i am eligible under 4 years while checking out the form i just came across the 180 days is the maximum limit to be away from the UK.


2006

17 July to 13th Oct =87 81 DAYS


2007

16 nov to 18 nov 07= 1
18 mar to 28 may 07= 70
20 Dec to 30 dec 07= 9 ------- PAID HOLIDAY

Total 80 DAYS

2008
16-02-2008 to 02-03-2008 =14-----PAID HOLIDAY
14 DAYS

2009

26-JUN-2009 to 18-JUL2009=21-----PAID HOLIDAY 21 DAYS


2010

22 Jan-2010 to 09 feb 2010=17 PAID HOLIDAYS 17 DAYS


All together i was away for 219 days in that 158 days were nonpaid and personal days and 61 were paid holidays.

My concerns

1. Paid holidays can be exclueded from the 219 days?


Can any one please advice......
