I am an illegal immigrant got married to a UK Citizen

Hi Everyone,
First of all i will say thanks to everyone in these forum for doing a wonderful job, thanks a lot.
My story is this, i am an illegal immigrant living in UK and i got married to a British citizen here in UK and i have a kid with my wife, i went on to apply for a spouse visa to regularize my status but my application was refuse and i was ask to go back to my country to apply for spouse visa or else i will be removed and my lawyer wrote a letter to the UKBA for application reconsideration and was turn down, pls i need someone to assist on what to do.

You need to go back to your country and apply for a spousal visa from there. Where are you from?

There have been many people on this site asking the same question and if you do a search you will see they have all been advised the same
The quickest way is to return home as a spousal visa cannot be issued in this country and a good lawyer should have known this.
Overstaying is not a barrier to your visa being issued and if all your documentation is in order it should take less than a month to return to the UK
