I APPLIED FOR FLR THROUGH A SOLICITOR ON THE 15TH OF FEBRUARY AND HOME OFFICE HAS NOT DEBITED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT UP TO THIS DAY.I HAVE RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER.IS THIS NORMAL?
