Marriage Certificate of Approval

Hi Guys,
I have ILR in UK whereas my fiancee is on work permit. I want to know whether she need certificate of approval before marriage and how long it takes to get one?

Is there any other way we can get married soon maybe travelling to UAE etc?

Yes she needs a COA.

Yes you can travel to wherever else and get married. It seems the COA is taking a long time to be processed.
