if you didnt get flashed then nothing to worry about ...usually red light cameras come before the traffic light ...i mean ...when you cross the red light ...then when you get caught on camera ...so dont worry mate ..and m about to apply in 2 months time too...can you tell me what kind of way are you applying ..???TC wrote:Hi Senthil,
I think you are just trying to find things to worry about. If I said don't worry nothing is gonna happen, would you beleive me?
Did you see a traffic signal camera? I guess not? Usually there won't be cameras in temporary traffic lights, as they are expensive to set up. If you can't help being anxious, I would say you just have to wait it out for two weeks to see what happens? At the worst you may get three points and a fine, which is not the end of the world!

Thank you TC & Joelondon for your more valuable replies, At least I am bit relaxed now and will be completely relaxed after 2 weeks if I don't receive anything. As TC said, it is not anyway end of the world, thanks. For Joelondon, I will be applying on the basis of 5 years continuous residence and including 1 year on ILR through NCS. I already got appointment in may and they charged me 45 pounds. Are you applying through NCS?joelondon wrote:if you didnt get flashed then nothing to worry about ...usually red light cameras come before the traffic light ...i mean ...when you cross the red light ...then when you get caught on camera ...so dont worry mate ..and m about to apply in 2 months time too...can you tell me what kind of way are you applying ..???TC wrote:Hi Senthil,

I submitted my application through NCS today and they told me that, if you had more than 3 points after ILR . you have to wait for 1 more year before you can apply for nationalisation, better to confirm with home officesenthil78 wrote:Hi All,
I will be applying my naturalisation in 2 months and I have already another traffic issue, that's why i am very careful now a days while driving. Somehow I made a mistake this morning, I tell you the story in short,
There was a temporary signal on the road where the workers were digging on the road (just a small road works). The work was carried out for last 3 days and it is cleared in the evening. In the morning when i was approaching the signal, the traffic signal was in Red but a bus and a car passed traffic signal in Red. I stopped my car at the traffic light and was waiting to go green. I had looked in the opposite traffic and they were also waiting, so i thought that the traffic signal wasn't working since I saw a bus and a car passed in red. So I crossed signal with RED and just after the signal i found a car was coming from the T junction, then i understood that probably the green signal to him which is why the red signal on the main road. This is really that the bus and car mislead me. My question, Is there normally any camera on the temporary traffic signal to detect crossing in red? I am really worried, Can you guys please share your experience / knowledge about this?
Thanks
