Final Checks Before Posting Application for Tier 1 General

Hello Seniors,

I am currently on Tier 1 (PSW) and wish to apply for Tier 1 (General).

I am planning to post my application either on 1st of April depending if I receive my last salary slip in or 3rd April (Saturday).

I am claiming following points with the provided Evidence.
Could you please review and advise if any changes are required, your input is highly appreciated :)

1- Age : 20
- Evidence : Passport

2- Qualification : 35
- Evidence : Original Degree Certificate

3 - Previous earning : 30 (Showing 3 Sources during last 12 months)

1 - Salaried employee @ Company 1 : ( 2-Apr-2009 to 1-Arp-2010)
a - Evidence: Payslips x 12
b - Evidence: Bank Statements showing Net Salary paid in via BACS

2 - Salaried Employee @ Company 2 : ( 1-Dec-2009 to 31-Dec-2010)
a - Evidence: Payslips x 3 * As I am claiming for 3 months excluding Jan.
b - Evidence: Bank Statements Showing Net Salary Paid in Cash

3 - Self Employed Registered with HMRC as Sole Trader: (Aug 2009 - Feb 2010)
a - Evidence: Letter of Earning from Accountant.
b - Evidence: P & L on Accountant Letter head.
c - Evidence: Bank Statement showing Money transferred from PayPal.
d - Evidence: PayPal Statements Showing Money withdrawn to Bank.*
*Please can you confirm if above documents would suffice the
requirement or do I need to provide Monthly Sales Reports or any
further documentations?

4 - UK Experience : 5
a - Evidence: Same as Above (Payslips)

5 - English Language : 10
a - Evidence: Original Degree Certificate (Degree found on PBS
Calculator).

6 - Maintenance Fund: 10
a - Evidence: ISA Saver account maintained for more than a year with
the required amount.

Your all earnings should be falling within the same 12 months in last 15 months.

1. ( 2-Apr-2009 to 1-Arp-2010)
2. ( 1-Dec-2009 to 31-Dec-2010)

I guess you meant until April 2010.

The third one as a sole trader, I am not sure. I would wait for some knowledgeable in that area!

Thanks for your response to my post.

I get paid on 1st of every month.
Considering that I am counting my earning from 2nd of April 2009 - 1st of April 2010.
or would it be better to Mention April 2009 - Mar 2010?

surely C and D would never show your net earnings, so I'm not sure about them
my case was kinda same to you only that I am doing business as a limited company. I'm not sure about sole traders but don't you need balance sheet? or is it just for company directors
