Thanks for your reply Pkumar.pkumar wrote:UKBA are very strict with earning (please google and you will find) and this is because salary levels .... MANY people are showing part time (paid in cash, cheque, etc) ... 2 evidence that you were paid from employer, NI contribution and also make sure you have not broken the rules of Tier 2.
Now a days they have started calling / checking the part time employer too (my friend had premium service but they didn't give him visa as they told they need to perform some check with part time employer ... good part is he got visa) .. bottom line ... if you show good proof (additional would be better for parttime income) then there is good chance you will get visa .... so all the best!
Thanks very much for quick reply Kumar. In this situation changing to another tier 2 would be the wise option i think. Any suggestions?pkumar wrote:Here is what i feel.
- It gives an impression that you trying desperately to meet ends meet for visa.
- It sounds suspecious as you showing all money at once.
Possive Note:
- If you can show 2 source of evidence ... technically you are covered.
- if your part-time employer is well establised then it will add to ur application.
- NI contribution ... will definately help
My friend's part time employer was called asking how many hours did he work, evidence, etc .... then they ask his employer other employee details (average income, etc) .... see your part time employer should be paying same average to other (IMP: most of all capable of paying that amount to you based on company profit ,turn around, etc). What ever you do always keep it at the side of your head that any wrong information would result in 10 year ban ..... so make sure everything is perfect (HR of company has correct data) and you will be fine.
All the best!
isn't it illegal for you to be on tier 2 (ICT) and work for another employer? whoever sponsors your tier 2, you are allowed to work only for them else the whole purpose of tier 2 is lost and that too ICT.sarath1212 wrote:Thanks very much for quick reply Kumar. HI Fisher, On Tier 2 G or ICT you are legally allowed to work 20hrs/week as a supplementary. In this case showing the supplementary pay in one go will be considered or not?fisher wrote:isn't it illegal for you to be on tier 2 (ICT) and work for another employer? whoever sponsors your tier 2, you are allowed to work only for them else the whole purpose of tier 2 is lost and that too ICT.sarath1212 wrote:Thanks very much for quick reply Kumar. I am planning to apply for tier 1 in Jun-July, and started working part time (suppl work) from this month.
My question is ... Do I have to show complete 12 month salary slips for supp work or just 5-6 month are enough?
